Ripartenza, ma in Abruzzo c’è chi non si è mai fermato. Quando si inizierà a preoccuparsi degli assembramenti criminali di gente senza dignità?

Continuiamo ad indignarci e denunciare criminali e mafiosi senza nessuna dignità, bestie di ieri e di oggi, ovunque. Assembramenti che a noi ci fanno schifo e ribrezzo. Arriverà mai il giorno che saranno sentimenti diffusi?

Ripartenza. È la parola chiave del dibattito e di ogni attività pubblica in queste settimane. Ripartenza dopo oltre un anno di emergenza sanitaria, di limitazioni e confinamento. Con la speranza che si cominci a porre la pandemia alle spalle e si possa tornare alla vita “normale di prima”. Speranza su cui incombe la paura di una minaccia. Rappresentata da un’altra parola chiave: assembramento. I riflettori sono così puntati sulla movida e sullo shopping, sullo struscio al mare o nel centro delle città – Pescara in primis – e altre attività sociali. masse di persone che non rispettano le disposizioni per limitare e contenere nuove diffusioni ed ondate pandemiche. Tutto bene, tutto condivisibile. Ci sono dei ma immensi che non possiamo tacere ed invece non vengono minimamente considerati. Per indifferenza, sottovalutazione, menefreghismo, omertà, accondiscendenza verso l’amico e l’amico dell’amico e l’amico dell’amico dell’amico.

Un anno fa in almeno due città – Pescara e Vasto – si sono rischiati focolai enormi dopo un funerale a Campobasso. Dietro una realtà evidente ma che troppi hanno voluto nascondere: esistono famiglie, clan, criminali locali (ma con forti radicamenti anche altrove, come abbiamo ripetutamente denunciato in questi anni) per cui la «fase 1» e il lockdown non sono mai esistiti. Personaggi a cui non va riconosciuta nessuna dignità che non hanno mai rispettato nessuna regola della civile convivenza, nessuna legalità, nessun interesse pubblico. Sono gli stessi che hanno sfidato la collettività e le istituzioni, e continuano a farlo, con scorribande, raid violenti, fuochi d’artificio ad ogni ora, che prima, durante e dopo i mesi di lockdown, zone rosse e confinamento più duri, sono sempre stati attivi ed egemoni nel narcotraffico, nel riciclaggio, nell’occupazione violenta e prepotente di case popolari, piazze, vie, ovunque. Sono gli stessi che, nelle scorse settimane, varie volte sono stati scoperti aver usufruito senza averne alcun diritto del reddito di cittadinanza. È successo ovunque, dalla Marsica al teramano fino al vastese, le cronache hanno segnalato vari casi a Vasto, Fossacesia e Casalbordino per esempio.

A Vasto nelle scorse settimane abbiamo avuto un nuovo attentato dinamitardo contro l’ingresso di un ristorante, già colpito in passato. È recente la maxi operazione che ha sgominato una rete della mafia nigeriana la cui base principale era L’Aquila, a ricordarci quanto la nostra regione sia centrale nelle rotte e nei network criminali. Spaccio, sfruttamento della prostituzione, usura, riciclaggio, speculazioni di ogni tipo. Le relazioni semestrali della DIA così come le cronache lo ricorderebbero costantemente. Così come evidenzierebbero sempre che ci sono famiglie – i nomi sarebbero noti ma ne ricordiamo alcuni ancora una volta: Spada, Spinelli, Guarnieri, Di Rocco, De Rosa, Ciarelli, Di Silvio. Rappresentanti di sistemi criminali mafiosi – affiliati ai Casamonica egemoni nella criminalità mafiosa romana – a cui non vanno riconosciute dignità e indulgenza. Violenti e prepotenti, attivissimi sempre nello spaccio e nell’usura così come nell’occupazione violenta da gang dei luoghi della socialità, bar, strade, piazze. Accade nel teramano e nell’aquilano e, ancor di più, in comuni come Vasto, San Salvo, Casalbordino ed altri nella provincia di Chieti. Quando si comincerà ad avere la stessa attenzione di altri assembramenti anche per questi soprusi su cui permane un silenzio che puzza di accettazione  e omertà?

Andrebbero solo denunciati e contrastati senza dar loro tregua, quotidianamente, con forza e determinazione. E invece, con sconcerto e indignazione, dobbiamo registrare anche in queste settimane l’ennesimo negazionismo. Ancora una volta dobbiamo leggere, dagli stessi ambienti vicini ad un ex assessore regionale con ancora forti interessi sui più alti scranni dei palazzi regionali, che le mafie in Abruzzo non ci sono, che questa è un’isola felice. Nonostante i disegni criminali e mafiosi intorno agli incendi degli ultimi anni nella provincia aquilana, è acclarata, proprio nel territorio da cui vengono questi negazionismi (stesso ambiente politico meno di un anno fa), l’ampia presenza delle mafie dei pascoli. Come testimoniato da molti allevatori coinvolti nella ricerca universitaria coordinata dalla prof.ssa Calandra dell’Università del capoluogo di cui ampi stralci sono stati pubblicati dal giornale online nazionale WordNews.it. Non c’è bisogno di aggiungere nessun commento o considerazione a quelle testimonianze, invitiamo a rileggerle e meditare. È notizia delle ultime settimane le nuove minacce gravissime e violente contro il vicepresidente del Consiglio Regionale Domenico Pettinari e ad una cittadina di Rancitelli. A cui rinnoviamo la solidarietà di un anno e mezzo fa.  

Siamo nelle settimane del ricordo di Giovanni Falcone, dell’anniversario della strage di Capaci e prima ancora del suo compleanno. Fioriscono cerimonie, discorsi, piantumazione piante (che se poi rimangono abbandonate alla siccità e al decadimento chissenefrega, l’importante è sfilare). Non possiamo dimenticare che, e siamo stati e rimaniamo unica voce a denunciarlo, due anni fa nelle stesse settimane c’è chi non ha mai dedicato un solo giorno a don Peppe Diana, padre Pino Puglisi così come a Giovanni Falcone, Paolo Borsellino, Rita Atria o il nuovo beato Rosario Livatino, ma ha festeggiato il compleanno del terzogenito di Totò Riina e prima ancora della madre Ninetta Bagarella. Personaggi in netto contrasto anche con quanto ufficialmente dichiara la Chiesa Cattolica, incapaci di qualsivoglia indulgenza nei confronti di persone discriminate, emarginate, derise, picchiate, indifferenti ai drammi umani e sociali che colpiscono le vittime delle disumanità di ogni tipo, capaci di giudicare e condannare sempre e comunque da alti pulpiti. Ma improvvisamente benevoli, buonisti, ospitali, giustificatori, complici di chi non ha mai rinnegato le radici mafiose familiari e anzi le ha sempre rivendicato con orgoglio. Come nel suo vergognoso libro e trasformando il cognome Riina in un brand commerciale. Un soggiorno su cui ancora oggi aleggiano tanti dubbi e interrogativi, compresi contatti e frequentazioni. Anche con esponenti, tra l’altro tutt’altro che incensurati, delle stesse famiglie che abbiamo già ampiamente citato. Contatti che probabilmente proseguono o comunque non si sono mai interrotti definitivamente. Come documentato e denunciato, così come i dubbi e gli interrogativi sui mesi casalesi e la supposta «nuova vita», solo da noi. Continuiamo a ricordare Falcone, Peppino Impastato, Rita Atria, Roberto Mancini e tanti altri cercando di proseguire il loro cammino. Senza chiudere mai gli occhi e anzi spalancandoli e denunciando anche per chi tace e acconsente. La memoria o è viva o non è, o è attiva o è solo schifosa complice, connivente, ipocrisia. E quindi continuiamo ad indignarci e denunciare criminali e mafiosi senza nessuna dignità, bestie di ieri e di oggi, ovunque. Assembramenti che a noi ci fanno schifo e ribrezzo. Arriverà mai il giorno che saranno sentimenti diffusi?
