Abruzzo. La Terra dei Fuochi è anche qui
E’ morto recentemente Carmine Schiavone, il “pentito” della Terra dei Fuochi. Ben 12 sono le pagine che si possono riempire solo con quanto la Commissione Parlamentare che l’audì negli Anni Novanta scrive dell’Abruzzo, delineando anche il quadro dei traffici e degli sversamenti di rifiuti della camorra nella Regione.
Passano gli anni ma di questo non sembra essercene conoscenza e conoscenza nella nostra Regione. Intanto la Relazione annuale della Procura Nazionale Antimafia delinea una Regione dove prostituzione, lavoro nero, traffici di droghe sono pesantemente attivi.
La recente scomparsa di Carmine Schiavone, il “pentito” della “Terra dei fuochi”, ha riacceso per alcune ore i riflettori mediatici su una delle vicende più terribili e disumane della storia italiana: la rete di traffici e sversamenti di rifiuti di ogni tipo da parte della Camorra. E’ una vicenda su cui la luce si è tentata di accendere già negli Anni Novanta, proprio quando Schiavone fu ascoltato dalla Commissione Parlamentare Bicamerale “d’inchiesta sul ciclo dei rifiuti e sulle attività illecite ad esso connesse”. Dichiarazioni rimaste però per anni nei cassetti fino alla loro desecretazione, avvenuta solo in questi ultimi anni.
Ma sulla “Terra dei fuochi” non c’è ancora piena luce. C’è chi sta cercando di imporre una narrazione riduzionistica, parziale, che vuol far credere che molto semplicemente i camorristi hanno “gettato” dei rifiuti in alcune limitate zone della Campania, riducendo solo a questa regione (e condendola con i peggiori luoghi comuni contro i napoletani…) quanto accaduto. Non è così: la “Terra dei fuochi” avvolge nella sua rete di morte varie altre regioni, del centro come del nord Italia. Perché la stragrande maggioranza dei rifiuti son partiti da aziende dell’industrioso nord. E non sono finiti solo in Campania. Tra le regioni di transito e destinazione c’era anche l’Abruzzo. La “Terra dei fuochi” è anche qui. In questi anni pochissimi hanno avuto il coraggio di denunciarlo, documentarlo, ricordarlo. C’è un’incredibile, assurda reticenza e silenzio su questo, ma l’Abruzzo era al centro della “rotta adriatica” della camorra.
In varie zone della Regione ancora oggi giacciono vere e proprie bombe ecologiche (tra le più famose l’ex fornace di Tollo e l’ex discarica di Scurcola Marsicana) che rappresentano una quotidiana e incombente minaccia, negli anni in cui Carmine Schiavone fu audito in Parlamento almeno 15 comuni letteralmente appaltarono lo smaltimento dei rifiuti urbani a Gaetano Vassallo, allora imprenditore dei rifiuti legato al clan dei Casalesi e successivamente collaboratore di giustizia (cercando sul web notizie di questa gravissima vicenda praticamente negli anni scorsi solo Angelo Venti di Libera l’ha ricordata e denunciata!), sulla Trignina, a non molta distanza dal confine molisano con l’Abruzzo (e ricordiamo che proprio il fiume Trigno divide le due Regioni), un vero e proprio “triangolo della morte” è stato alimentato dalla camorra. Abbiamo raccolto (linkate in fondo a questo comunicato) gli stralci e le pagine dei rapporti della Commissione Parlamentare sull’Abruzzo. Probabilmente qualcosa è sfuggito, ma sono ben 12 le pagine riempite. Pagine fitte di atti, fatti, nomi, circostanze, inchieste, sversamenti illegali che avvelenano e deturpano la terra d’Abruzzo.
E non si pensi siano tutte vicende superate, ormai legate ad un remoto passato. Perché le “bombe ecologiche” sono lì e, negli anni, la Rifiuti SpA ha continuato nei suoi sporchi traffici. Nel settembre 2011 presentammo un corposo dossier sulle inchieste e sui traffici illeciti dei rifiuti in Abruzzo. La stragrandissima maggioranza non erano di 10 o 15 anni prima ma molto più recenti. E moltissime erano di quei mesi e anni. Ma la “Terra dei fuochi”, come già scritto, non è soltanto la storia di alcuni reati in serie. E’ molto di più. La Rifiuti SpA è stata, ed è ancora, il braccio armato e venefico di un coacervo di interessi che legano a doppio filo organizzazioni criminali, politica, istituzioni infedeli, imprenditoria, massoneria, corruzione. Di tutto questo non abbiamo ancora riflessione, analisi, totale conoscenza. Ancor di più in Abruzzo. Una regione dove le mafie, come abbiamo ricordato anche recentemente, agiscono da decenni (gli omicidi Maisto, Ferretti e Fabrizi son ormai di più di vent’anni fa!). Dove la massoneria “deviata” compare improvvisamente nelle cronache, per poi “inabissarsi” nuovamente. Cercando sul web si trova qualcuno che sembra voler denunciare una sua presunta influenza. Ma mai si è riusciti ad andare fino in fondo, a fare piena e totale luce. La Procura Nazionale Antimafia ha recentemente illustrato il suo annuale rapporto. Si legge nel rapporto, dopo la meticolosa ricostruzione delle piovre che agiscono soprattutto nel traffico di stupefacenti, prostituzione, ricostruzione aquilana, caporalato e sfruttamento del lavoro nero, che “si è avuto modo di comprendere la stretta connessione rilevabile tra infiltrazioni della criminalità organizzata e corruzione”. E’ un passaggio riferito alla ricostruzione post terremoto ma che getta inquietanti ombre sulla gestione della “cosa pubblica” in Abruzzo.
Le 12 pagine relative all’Abruzzo della Commissione Parlamentare, i traffici anche successivi a quegli anni e cronologicamente molto più vicini, la presenza di temibili “bombe ecologiche”, il coacervo di interessi criminali che sono a capo della Rifiuti SpA, andrebbero analizzati, studiati, diffusi, conosciuti. Ma purtroppo non è ancora così. Come già scritto nelle righe precedenti, sono ben poche le voci che si son levate. Deve far riflettere ogni coscienza civile, ogni “schiena dritta”, ogni persona libera e innamorata del territorio in cui viviamo.
