Sull’aggressione a Rancitelli è calato l’oblio, per l’Abruzzo è più comodo credere ancora all’isola felice (che non c’è)
Tutto si muove perché nulla si muova. Purtroppo Pescara e l’Abruzzo non sono Ostia, e non interessa a nessuno che ci sia una reazione simile a quanto accaduto lì dopo la testata a Piervincenzi di Roberto Spada
“Peppino, avrei dovuto essere io al tuo posto” disse Stefano Venuti al funerale di Peppino Impastato. Un grido di dolore, ma anche di autocoscienza di quel che loro – la “politica” del “grande partito” – stavano abbandonando da anni. Peppino Impastato e Radio Aut avevano portato avanti un lavoro di inchiesta, di denuncia, di informazione libera, di svelamento di trame, intrallazzi, consorterie. E fu assassinato perché era unico, perché troppi guardavano altrove, con il bilancino dei compromessi e dei tatticismi politici, o comunque al massimo balbettavano. Questa scena mi è tornata in mente davanti alle immagini dell’aggressione alla troupe di Rai2 a Rancitelli del febbraio scorso. Piervincenzi è stato aggredito mentre – nel cortile del “Ferro di Cavallo” – stava ponendo domande, sul traffico di droga (e non solo) lì fiorente e che, in alcune zone di Pescara, prospera in un vero e proprio hub almeno regionale del narcotraffico. Ma l’Abruzzo a queste domande non è abituato, a Pescara ben pochi si interrogano e chiamano le cose con il proprio nome. Undici anni fa una multinazionale petrolifera definì l’Abruzzo una “regione camomilla” con bassi costi di penetrazione. Per le mafie, da quelle attive nel traffico e smaltimento rifiuti ai trafficanti di droga, negli ultimi vent’anni i bassi “costi” sono stati così bassi da tendere allo zero. Siamo in fin dei conti la Regione in cui quasi nessuno si è accorto della grande perdita per la libertà e l’informazione che è stata la morte di un grande giornalista come Peppe Vespa. Anzi, molti neanche sapevano della sua esistenza. Così come, dopo un iniziale sommovimento, è stata già metabolizzata e archiviata la chiusura di Primadanoi. E chissà quanti alla fine si sono sentiti rassicurati. E’ passato il decennale del terremoto aquilano, della lunga notte che non è mai finita. Grancasse, palchi, sfilate, tromboni e trombette sono stati più che attivi. Ma nessuno o quasi ha dato voce ai familiari delle vittime, ai comitati cittadini e a chi questi dieci anni li ha veramente vissuti sulla propria pelle. La narrazione è pre confezionata. Retorica, commozione. E richieste di snellimento e facilitazioni legislative, perché la “colpa” è sempre altrove. E così stanno cercando di cancellare le vergogne di dieci anni fa, le infiltrazioni criminali, il “caporalato” della ricostruzione, la mancata giustizia per le vittime, la Casa dello Studente e tanto altro. Questa è la Regione in cui Piervincenzi e Chierchini hanno indagato sui clan attivi e sul “ventre oscuro”, come lo stesso Piervincenzi lo definì un anno fa. Quanti in questi anni hanno denunciato, rischiato, si sono esposti li possiamo contare sulle dita di una mano. Ed è passato praticamente senza colpo ferire nella grande “società civile”, nell’alta borghesia che si riempie la bocca e rompe di sicurezza, decoro et similia, quanto è emerso intorno all’omicidio di Alessandro Neri.
Quel che è accaduto alla troupe di Popolo Sovrano è cronaca quotidiana o quasi in tante zone della nostra regione. Chi afferma che non ha mai visto aggressioni a inermi cittadini colpevoli solo di trovarsi in un bar o in una piazza, esponenti delle forze dell’ordine, altre istituzioni, ecc. o mente o mente … In quella zona di Pescara, l’abbiamo già sottolineato e ricordato in questi mesi varie volte, l’estate un nigeriano fu pestato a sangue perché si ribellò alla legge del far west e delle prepotenze. Mentre un anno fa il Sindacato degli Inquilini denunciò uno stato d’assedio con gang che “si fanno la guerra per spartirsi il territorio”, “bande di soggetti che girano armati di coltelli e pistole, che spacciano droga, minacciano e picchiano le donne del quartiere che osano ribellarsi. Squarciano gli pneumatici delle auto, su cui versano a sfregio barattoli di vernice colorata”, occupazione abusiva di alloggi “presi con la forza e le minacce ai residenti: se non ve ne andate, bruciamo le case. Dentro gli appartamenti vuoti, vengono lasciati a guardia i pitbull. Gli alloggi vengono poi rivenduti, da questi soggetti ai disperati, per cifre che vanno dai 600 ai 2000 euro”. I residenti, denunciarono gli esponenti del Sunia, vivono “nel terrore” di “gente che si accoltella” e va “in giro armata di pistola, che controlla un giro di prostituzione e pedofilia, che si rivendono tra di loro gli appartamenti da occupare a 6-700 euro l’uno”.
Nelle stesse settimane, e le recenti indagini hanno confermato quanto avesse subito inquadrato la situazione, lo stesso Piervincenzi dichiarò in un intervento televisivo che “Pescara è una zona d’ombra del nostro paese, un hub commerciale del narcotraffico, lì passa eroina, cocaina, passano armi e ci sono famiglie che hanno consolidato il controllo del territorio, alcune anche di origine sinti come abbiamo visto ad Ostia. Pescara è un altro dei luoghi oscuri del nostro paese”. Qualche mese fa al contatto dello stesso David Chierchini su facebook, così come più di recente ad un’altra trasmissione televisiva, la prima risposta è stata che qui in Abruzzo neanche le grandi “reti” per la legalità, la democrazia e tante altri nobili e belli ideali, sono veramente in prima linea, che chi si espone in prima linea, denuncia e ha coscienza del livello reale delle mafie presente sono meno di pochissimi. Non per altro entrambi, e non solo loro, cercando sul web sono giunti all’Associazione Antimafie Rita Atria e agli scritti dell’autore di questo testo. Non ad altri, che pure esistono e quando sfilano tra uno scordo e un disimpegno hanno pure i riflettori. Anche quando arrivano ad affermare che l’Abruzzo non ha assolutamente problemi veri e rilevanti con mafie e affini. E infatti sull’aggressione a Rancitelli sono rimasti in silenzio, non un comunicato, non una dichiarazione, nulla di nulla. Come sempre d’altronde, davanti alla cronaca che bussa e imporrebbe appunto … impegno. E memoria di quel che è stato negli ultimi decenni.
Ben pochi in questi anni abbiamo cercato di illuminare a giorno i ventri oscuri, le zone grigie e nere, i traffici e le trame del mondo di sotto abruzzese. Quel mondo di sotto, così come al mondo di sopra delle clientele, delle corruzioni, dell’imprenditoria criminale, dei colletti bianchi di ogni tipo, a cui l’Abruzzo si è amalgamato, abituato, assuefatto. E ne è pure felice nel proprio animo, tranne se proprio gli danno fastidio sotto casa. Perché il mercato della prostituzione e quello della droga non sono alimentati da ectoplasmi scesi da Marte. L’abbiamo già scritto tante volte in questi anni. Questa è la Regione dove fa sorridere, qualcuno si vanta pure di andarci, una zona come le Nereidi di San Salvo dove prospera un crocevia dello sfruttamento della prostituzione. E non si dimenticano le risate su alcuni atti intimidatori di Cozzolino, che a Gissi tutti conoscevano, sapevano chi era e in molti salutavano pure. Così come le maxi operazioni dell’agosto scorso tra Vasto, San Salvo e Casalbordino hanno documentato e stroncato traffici di droga. Ma certe piazze, cartelli e “famiglie”, che sia droga, usura o estorsione sono ben conosciute – e di fatto accettate da larga parte della “società civile” che con certi soggetti preferisce convivere – da anni e anni. E qualche tempo fa, praticamente senza colpo ferire nel “ventre molle” di questa “società” un neodirigente sportivo ha affermato che la camorra è uno stile di vita come gli altri e come tale va rispettato. Indignazione in tutta Italia, qua quasi zero … e ci sarebbe da dire anche su chi si è mosso surfando sulla zona grigia durante e dopo la recente campagna elettorale, facendo da foglia di fico e rivendicando addirittura di conoscere tutti, di voler difendere Ferro di Cavallo e Rancitelli dai cattivi come il consigliere regionale Pettinari e il consigliere comunale Di Pillo che, portandosi addirittura un ministro, sono andati sotto certi balconi indignati ripetendo le loro pluriennali denunce … Questo è l’Abruzzo in cui sono venuti Piervincenzi e Chierchini, così come nel lontano 2014 Antonio Musella di Fanpage.it da Napoli per un lavoro organico e di approfondimento sulla rotta adriatica dei rifiuti. La Regione che, anche in quest’occasione, ha sfoggiato silenzi e dichiarazioni di circostanza rumorosi e pesanti. Come può la massima autorità locale dichiarare che, semplicemente, è “dispiaciuto” per poi passare a tutt’altro, più concentrato su una polemica politica basata sul nulla (e su cui è già stato smentito ampiamente mesi fa) che su certe realtà della nostra regione? Ed è bastato scorrere i social per notare quanti silenzi da chi in altre circostanze è loquace, attivo e parte con manifestazioni, sit in, volantinaggi e tanto altro. E’ passato anche il “maggio della memoria” e il 9 maggio si sono scatenati i post, i meme, le immagini, i “Peppino Impastato vive” e simili. E’ comodo, comodissimo, bastano pochi click e ti gasa pure. Perché farlo quel giorno ti rende fico, ti fa sentire importante, di aver fatto un grande gesto. Altro che “con il coraggio e le idee di Peppino noi continuiamo”. Peppino Impastato non è mai rimasto in silenzio, non si è mai abbandonato a chiacchiere inutili e a filosofie di bottega o buone al massimo per giustificare il proprio lassismo. Quello che, anche in queste settimane, continua invece a imperare. I click, i meme, le commemorazioni di comodo del 9 maggio non sono “con il coraggio e le idee di Peppino noi continuiamo” ma un insultarlo e ucciderlo di nuovo. Peppino è morto, come ricordato all’inizio, perché altri non hanno fatto. Peppino è stato assassinato perché denunciava, irrideva, combatteva tutto l’anno. Davanti a quest’ipocrisia a buon mercato nulla c’è da aggiungere a quanto già scritto negli anni (Qui – qui e qui). Ma ci sono anche altri silenzi che dovrebbero interrogare e che fanno capire la realtà di certe connessioni, contiguità, bacini elettorali. Perché abbiamo chi ha iniziato la recente campagna elettorale nel teatro del già ricordato pestaggio, chi in certe zone è stato ampiamente votato. E abbiamo neonazisti del secondo e terzo millennio da sempre autori di manifestazioni, blocchi e altro in nome della sicurezza, del decoro e dell’ordine pubblico. Che dopo l’aggressione alla troupe di “Popolo Sovrano” sono rimasti in silenzio. E sul silenzio di costoro si innestano alcuni passaggi che meritano attenzione. La loro testata nazionale che nel titolo dell’articolo quasi si compiace che Piervincenzi è stato nuovamente aggredito. Articolo con un unico commento, a cui (contrariamente a quanto accade di solito) i redattori non hanno risposto, che la troupe di Rai2 doveva “farsi i cazzi suoi”. Considerando la domanda di Piervincenzi a Spada, sugli appoggi politici e le amicizie politiche, quando fu colpito dalla testata certi cerchi dovrebbero chiudersi. Se si volessero aprire gli occhi e non tacere, chinare la testa, amalgamarsi, essere complici e ignavi. Quei comportamenti che, come ha sottolineato di recente Nello Trocchia, ha reso i Casamonica (i cui parenti e sodali sono i protagonisti del traffico di droga, dell’usura e altri crimini in Abruzzo) il più potente clan del Lazio. Nei mesi scorsi è stato pubblicato un suo libro d’inchiesta sui Casamonica e sulla loro ascesa. E un altro libro è stato pubblicato sull’ascesa dei Casamonica da Floriana Bulfon. In risposta a chi si omologa, a chi si amalgama, a chi tace e china la testa, a chi normalizza e ingoia tutto, alla superficialità, all’ignavia complici del ventre molle che gira la testa dall’altro lato e cerca di convivere con il ventre oscuro delle mafie, dei traffici, delle violenze dei prepotenti, libri come questo vanno letti, studiati, fatti conoscere, assaporati in ogni pagina fino ad entrarci nell’animo e interrogarci.
