Queste pagine (secondo capitolo di un dossier più ampio – il primo è pubblicato QUI – l’ultimo verrà reso pubblico nei prossimi giorni) vengono dedicate alla memoria di Guido Conti, che quasi tutta la sua vita ha dedicato a combattere gli avvelenatori della nostra Regione a quasi un anno dalla sua tragica morte, Roberto Mancini, il cui esempio e la cui memoria sono fari per chi denuncia e lotta le eco camorre e i colletti bianchi che devastano l’ambiente e la salute, e Michele Liguori, la cui famiglia finalmente in queste settimane ha visto riconosciuto che è morto “vittima del dovere”.
Per tutta la costa adriatica, fino a San Salvo o alla bonifica del tronto nominata quasi solo per squallide battute maschiliste, ci sono quartieri in mano allo spaccio, luoghi dove prolifera la prostituzione. Comuni dove personaggi più o meno pregiudicati inquinano la vita sociale a furia di botte e violenza. Basta semplicemente avere l’unica colpa di essere in un momento in una piazza, o in una strada, in una determinata sera e si può essere pestati. La stessa legge di Ostia. La Ostia degli Spada. Quest’estate due diverse maxi operazioni hanno colpito cupole del traffico di droga tra Vasto, San Salvo, Casalbordino e dintorni. E nella prima il cognome Spada è saltato fuori. Ma questo dato sulla cronaca, e nei commenti politici, cittadini, dei social infestati dai leoni da tastiera, non è stato minimamente considerato. Così come subito si è cercato di far silenziare l’attenzione sull’altra operazione. Che coinvolge giovanissimi, che ha colpito organizzazioni che stavano prendendo il predominio sul territorio. Un territorio che ormai da decenni ha sempre visto clan in odor di camorra e ‘ndrangheta pesantemente presenti. Pasqualone, Cozzolino, Ferrazzo, gli ultimi due attualmente alla sbarra in processi che a breve potrebbero concludersi. Ma su cui l’interesse, ancora una volta, è meno che minimo. E dopo loro? Dopo ogni maxi operazione non ci si è mai posto il tema di tenere alta l’attenzione, di prepararsi a nuovi assalti, a nuovi clan dominanti. E in tutti e tre i casi ci sono volute, mentre decine di altre si intervallavano, almeno due maxi operazioni per sgominare il clan. Il primo giro di arresti non è mai bastato, l’organizzazione criminale era sempre comunque rimasta sul territorio, c’è sempre stato chi l’ha alimentata. Non sarebbe ora di interrogarsi su questo? Non sarebbe ora che la politica che tanto sbandiera sicurezza e legalità, la società civile e i tanti cittadini indignati a chiacchiere, comincino a porsi domande su questo? La risposta è si ma non avviene. Anche perché, sia ben chiaro, della necessità di due inchieste la responsabilità non è di magistratura e forze dell’ordine. Encomiabili e autori di un impegno straordinario, con rischi per la loro incolumità. Perché anche in Abruzzo ci sono magistrati che hanno subito minacce, intimidazioni e raid criminali.
Siamo nel territorio in cui 10 anni dopo c’è ancora chi esulta per lo spostamento della Mantini dopo le operazioni Histonium contro Pasqualone perché “ha rovinato famiglie e infangato brave persone” (commento quasi testuale sul più famoso social network di qualche anno fa), dove il giudice che colpì per primo il malaffare e arrivò vicino a certi potenti fu costretto al trasferimento dopo rappresaglie legali (un gip scrisse addirittura di “una vera e propria spedizione bellica”) e colpito da una campagna diffamatoria i cui frutti sono ancora vivi. E appena sorse la voce che poteva tornare a Vasto nel 2011 si vide recapitare un proiettile calibro 9 parabellum e una lettera con il messaggio “sei proprio sicuro di voler tornare a Vasto? Pensaci bene”. Città dove l’estate scorsa i gravissimi fatti contro ragazzine minorenni, vittime di abusi, violenze e ricatti a sfondo sessuale, non hanno avuto il minimo interesse della società civile (però l’8 marzo tutti in piazza contro il femminicidio e con belle parole per le donne). E anzi, stava passando (anche grazie a certe penne, anzi nel 2018 dovremmo dire tastiere, su cui tanto ci sarebbe da dire) che le vittime erano gli accusati. Abbiamo avuto anche il sindaco che li ha messi tutti sullo stesso piano, tutte vittime. Perché chi subisce la violenza del branco, e il branco stesso, per lui a quanto pare pari sono …
Risalendo la costa, tra Teramo e la Marsica negli ultimi mesi inchieste hanno colpito immensi campi di marijuana e traffici di stupefacenti che esponenti di camorra gestivano con imprenditori e personaggi locali. Il giorno di San Valentino è stato arrestato a Martinsicuro un boss affiliato alla Nuova camorra organizzata. Un mese dopo è emersa la notizia che l’ex boss del clan camorristico La Montagna di Caivano, oggi pentito, Carlo Oliva ha ricostruito i traffici di droga tra Napoli e Teramo in un processo contro un vasto giro di usura, estorsioni, rapine e spaccio. A maggio otto arresti sono stati eseguiti tra la Marsica e la Provincia di Napoli, conseguenti di un’inchiesta avviata con il sequestro di un enorme campo di marijuana (migliaia di piante per un peso complessivo di 6 tonnellate) nascosta tra le piante di mais. Al vertice del sodalizio criminale, secondo gli inquirenti, Antonino Di Lorenzo e Ciro Gargiulo. Erano stati scarcerati l’anno scorso dopo l’arresto nel 2014, nel corso dell’operazione “Secundario” a Castellamare di Stabia che colpì un cartello di cinque clan che si erano alleati per esportare la droga ma anche per importare la cocaina dal
Venezuela, Spagna e Olanda. Cartello animato da clan di Torre Annunziata, Torre del Greco, Piana del Sele e Andria. A Marzo erano già scattati 11 arresti contro un’associazione dedita al traffico di droga e alla detenzione illegale di armi. Il sodalizio puntava a costruire tra Alba e Martinsicuro le basi operative di un traffico di droga che doveva coprire i mercati criminali del teramano e e delle Marche. Cocaina, marijuana e hascisc dalla Campania, soprattutto da Secondigliano, dovevano giungere nei locali della costa teramana e marchigiana frequentati anche da giovanissimi.
Nel mondo di sotto (ma che, come abbiamo visto e ripetiamo da anni viene alimentato anche dal turpe sporco del mondo di sopra) trovano ampiamente spazio anche quelli che una volta avremmo definito “reati comuni”. Frutto non di balordi ma, anche in questo caso, di radicate e complesse organizzazioni. Tra le pieghe della tragedia dei braccianti sfruttati in Puglia dell’estate scorsa è emerso che un furgone, rubato a San Salvo nel maggio scorso, era finito nelle disponibilità dei caporali. Un’inchiesta nelle scorse settimane ha sgominato un sodalizio che riciclava auto rubate in varie regioni. E la brutale rapina di Lanciano, assurta alla cronaca nazionale, dimostra come dietro questi fatti non ci sono “sbandati” o singoli. Ma, appunto, sodalizi organizzati e i cui rami arrivano anche molto lontano dalla nostra regione. Ora, sia ben chiaro una volta di più un dato: queste organizzazioni – che si occupino di droga, stupefacenti, usura, prostituzione o altro – non sono invisibili e non vengono da Marte. Ma possono prendere piede, affermarsi e colpire solo se la società (in)civile rimane muta, gira la testa, indifferente. Senza le tre scimmiette/pecorelle. Che rimangono mute più di un pesce, come già detto, fin quando non si turba la borghese quiete e fa comodo. E quindi, nel caso di Lanciano, dopo che nessuno fino al giorno aveva sentito l’esigenza di vedere, muoversi, interrogarsi, mobilitarsi tutti si sono sentiti in dovere di urlare, essere presenti, partecipare ad una sorta di rabbioso rito collettivo. Nel quale c’è chi ha telefonato al figlio dicendo “arrangiati che non posso tornare a casa per pranzo”, chi ha sentito sacro diritto avere la propria diretta su facebook. E, addirittura, chi ha inveito contro le forze dell’ordine perché non uscivano dalla casa e loro dovevano tornare a casa, ma sentivano di avere il diritto di vedere l’indagato della gang presente con loro nell’abitazione. Un rabbioso rito collettivo in cui, per giorni, tutti sui social, nei bar e davanti la casa del centro cittadino dove vivevano alcuni degli arrestati si sentivano esperti di diritto, tutti sapevano come si conducono le indagini. Così bravi infatti da non riuscire a distinguere le notizie vere che giungevano dagli inquirenti dalle vere e proprie balle di altre fonti. Menzogne che hanno fatto credere che l’arrestato accusato dell’atto più feroce era vicino alla scarcerazione, che c’era una colf come informatrice, che un altro non sarebbe mai stato catturato, che a capo c’era un pugliese. E infatti uno degli arrestati è stato raggiunto in Campania. Sarebbe interessante da chiedere ai protagonisti di questo rabbioso rito dov’erano finora e dove saranno fra 6 mesi, un anno e ancora dopo. Domandare quale impegno hanno finora avuto nella denuncia, nel vedere le tante piazze di spaccio dei nostri comuni, contro la prepotenza di certi soggetti, nel non chinare la testa di fronte agli intrallazzi e ai potentati che devastano il tessuto sociale. E chissà quanti, oggi paladini della “giustizia”, hanno in casa gadget del padrino, schifose magliette che ammiccano alla mafia o condividono sui social quei meme di merda che scimmiottano padrini e boss mafiosi.
