Mafie nel vastese, l’isola felice esiste solo nelle ipocrite menti complici
È passato solo un mese. Eppure è tutto caduto nel silenzio. Ma ci sono dati, atti e fatti ben precisi che imporrebbero analisi, riflessioni. Di muoversi una volta per tutte e smetterla con la retorica di un giorno per poi esercitare l’arte delle 3 scimmiette tutto l’anno.
Un mese. È passato solo un mese. Eppure è tutto caduto nel dimenticatoio, nel silenzio più totale. Nel silenzio complice. Sì, complice. Quella complicità borghese e ipocrita di chi non conosce, e non vuol conoscere, nulla di più e di diverso dall’accomodarsi, dall’adattarsi, dall’accettare tutto. Sfoggiando inedite doti canore solo se gli tocchi la sua inerme tranquillità da “materasso di piume”, il suo perbenismo piccoloborghese. È passato un mese dalla maxi inchiesta che ha sgominato il clan Ferrazzo, che per la terza volta ha spazzato via una cosca piantata e radicata nel vastese. Pasqualone, Cozzolino, Ferrazzo. Senza dimenticarsi le tante inchieste sui sodali del principale clan di MafiaCapitale. La responsabilità penale è personale e nessuno è colpevole fino alla condanna nel terzo grado di giudizio. E questa è materia per giudici e tribunali. Ma ci sono dati, atti e fatti ben precisi che imporrebbero analisi, riflessioni. Di muoversi una volta per tutte e smetterla con la retorica di un giorno per poi esercitare l’arte delle 3 scimmiette tutto l’anno. Adesso, al netto della cronaca, tutto tace.
Un mese fa abbiamo sentito e letto di tutto. Abbiamo visto chi non ha mancato l’occasione per la sua campagna elettorale perenne. E anche chi, improvvisamente, si è svegliata dal “Paese delle meraviglie” ed è uscito dal bosco di Biancaneve. No, ma veramente, la mafia qui, nel nostro territorio?! Ma come è possibile, non me l’aspettavo? Sarebbe bastato aprire un po’ di atti giudiziari, leggere la cronaca di questi anni per scoprire che il 1° settembre è stata scoperta l’acqua fredda al polo sud, che le mafie agiscono e investono in questo territorio da decenni. E altro che pesci piccoli, altro che piccoli tentacoli di una piovra che non deve preoccupare più di tanto. Non deve preoccupare, deve allarmare, deve smuovere, deve destare dai falsi sonni. Perché i perni della stessa organizzazione furono già arrestati 5 anni fa, in questo territorio tra 2013 e 2014 fu fermata l’introduzione di ben 3 “nuove droghe” (una delle quali, pensate un po’, era stata introdotta nelle tabelle ministeriali solo pochi mesi prima). E l’elenco potrebbe continuare ancora (edilizia, riciclaggio, estorsione, ancora droga, prostituzione, traffico illecito dei rifiuti da parte anche della Camorra).
Il 3 dicembre 2011 (e il primo arresto di Ferrazzo ci fu solo dopo) ci si chiese “Arriverà una Histonium 3?” mettendo, molto banalmente e semplicemente, in fila alcuni fatti sotto gli occhi di tutti. Un mese dopo la risposta arrivò con l’operazione Tramonto. Non fu consultata nessuna palla di vetro (anche perché di palle e palloni ne girano già troppi…) e nessuna cartomante. Basta semplicemente vedere, leggere, ascoltare, aprire gli occhi … E non accontentarsi di vivere in una mediocre sopravvivenza, non pensare che non è roba che c’interessi, che basta semplicemente scansarsi e “farsi i fatti tuoi” (o, ancor di più, esercitarsi nell’arte più diffusa “chi comanda fa legge” e non importa chi comanda, arlecchino sono…). Per poi lamentarsi solo quando si può far sfoggio di moralismo a buon mercato, di ipocrita conformismo, di borghese corporativismo (ma è tanto una “brava persona”, “ma lo conosco”, “certe cose si sanno ma non si dicono, non sono fatti nostri”) e il fastidio di chi non vuol fare un cazzo e non vuole che altri lo facciano (a Vasto c’è chi le operazioni Histonium le ha definite “la rovina di tante famiglie perbene”, aggiungendo che la Mantini ha fatto bene ad andarsene così non faceva altri danni…). O ancor meglio a fomentare e dare sfogo ai vomitevoli conati della xenofobia più barbara e volgare. “sti neri so’ troppi”, “sti profughi musulmani è ‘na parola” (anche se vengono da uno Stato per la stragrande maggioranza cattolica, ma per raccattare più voti o fare più dindin tutto fa brodo, tanto chi se ne frega, mica loro possono difendersi…), sti zengh’r, che schifo le prostitute fin sotto casa o nel viale vicino casa.
Ma poi i troppi migranti tanto troppi non diventano quando serve manovalanza a basso prezzo, quando l’onesto imprenditore e lavoratore italiano non vuol pagare il dovuto agli operai. In moltissime zone d’Italia siamo in periodo di vendemmia, di raccolta dell’uva. Pagati meno che gli “italiani”, sfruttati e senza alcun contratto, migliaia di migranti stanno lavorando per le aziende agricole italiane, ore e ore chini a spaccarsi la schiena. In questi momenti non sono troppi … E l’Abruzzo non è immune dal caporalato, anzi. E il nostro territorio? Siamo così sicuri che nulla succede, che siamo tutti puri, lindi e immacolati?
MafiaCapitale e tante altre inchieste sulla gestione dei flussi migratori hanno ben descritto quadro e dinamiche. E l’unica stampa che è finita nell’inchiesta è quella che si faceva dettare articoli xenofobi e razzisti. Al posto di regalare sfogo e fomentare le pance, porsi qualche domanda no? Troppo difficile provare ad informarsi, approfondire, conoscere le cose. E magari, come si dice nei nostri dialetti, scacchiare occhi e orecchi. Possono bastare magari anche solo pochi secondi su un motore di ricerca, farsi due calcoli di fronte a certi comunicati, non girarsi dall’altro lato, non accontentarsi di “verità di comodo” ma rendersi conto di quel che abbiamo davanti. Magari domandarsi quella “meteora” da dove veniva, perché è durata così poco e se mai in passato è se già altrove era successa la stessa cosa. Come si regalano certe “cose”, come accadono, come vengono gestite, controllate e monitorate. E vengono gestite, controllate e monitorate?
E’ troppo facile sfoggiare morale e pudore sulla prostituzione, sulla presenza delle “lucciole” in alberghi e strade. Ma quel traffico esiste perché qualcuno lo alimenta, il mercato c’è se ci sono clienti. L’ipocrisia è vomitevole, è ripugnante. Perché le risposte sono nelle “tiepide case”, dei borghesi divani dell’alta società, del jet set della “città bene”. Sono i padri, i fratelli, i figli di “buona famiglia”. Gli stessi che sniffano, pippano, che si lamentano di sti zengh’r’ che ci rovinano il panorama cittadino ma sono utilissimi quando serve la “robba”.

Voi avete dalla vostra la forza del buonsenso, quella che non aveva Peppino. Domani ci saranno i funerali. Voi non andateci, lasciamolo solo. E diciamolo una volta per tutte che noi siciliani la mafia la vogliamo. Ma non perché ci fa paura, perché ci dà sicurezza, perché ci identifica, perché ci piace. Noi siamo la mafia. E tu Peppino non sei stato altro che un povero illuso, tu sei stato un ingenuo, sei stato un nuddu miscato cu niente”.
