Abruzzo, dalla pedopornografia alla schiavitù sessuale, dalle mafie ad ogni squallido sistema criminale la regione camomilla su tutto e di più
“Una regione camomilla con bassi costi di penetrazione”, così una multinazionale petrolifera descrisse l’Abruzzo tredici anni fa. Sulla deriva petrolifera non fu così, si creò una vasta mobilitazione dal centro oli ad ombrina mare su cui quella multinazionale e tante altre dopo sbatterono il muso uscendo con le ossa rotta. Quasi tre lustri dopo quelle parole possono invece perfettamente adattarsi alla realtà odierna, alla squallida, omertosa, sporca realtà di sistemi criminali che in questa regione hanno trovato una culla perfetta. Non siamo usciti (ammesso che siamo usciti, e ci sia permesso almeno dubitarne) migliori dall’emergenza sanitaria e non sta andando tutto bene. Anzi, sta precipitando tutto male. Nel pozzo e nel puzzo dell’omertà, del tirare a campare, del girarsi dall’altro lato, dell’accettare tutto e chinare il capo. Quando si fa riferimento a mafie e omertà troppo spesso, anche qui nella terra di Silone, si pensa subito a regioni come Campania, Sicilia, Calabria e Puglia. Sentire frasi fatte ed epiteti disprezzanti, dei pugliesi e dei campani, a queste latitudini è facilissimo. Qualcuno disse una volta che bisogna essere molto attenti nel puntare il dito sugli altri perché uno viene puntato verso l’altro e tre contro se stessi. Ma l’abruzzese medio della regione camomilla e babba non se n’è mai accorto. Oltre un mese fa la relazione semestrale della Direzione Investigativa Antimafia ha consegnato un quadro tutt’altro che edificante sull’Abruzzo, un quadro che – con poche variazioni dovute soprattutto all’intervallarsi dei coinvolti nelle varie maxi operazioni, comunque sempre o quasi riconducibili alle stesse dinamiche, famiglie e centrali criminali – è invariato da tantissimi anni. Le relazioni sono tutte qui https://direzioneinvestigativaantimafia.interno.gov.it/page/relazioni_semestrali.html dal 1998 ad oggi, chiunque ha un minimo di onestà intellettuale e schiena dritta può rendersi conto di come la situazione è sempre peggiorata e la mappa criminale più o meno intatta.
Nelle altre regioni citate sono nate associazioni, ci sono parrocchie in prima fila, movimenti, manifestazioni di piazza, giornalisti giornalisti coraggiosi che vanno oltre l’essere impiegati dello status quo e documentano, denunciano, accendono i riflettori, alzano polveroni, scatenano proteste. Qui, e i mesi post lockdown lo stanno documentando ogni giorno, domina la vacuità, la “politica” nella quasi totalità si preoccupa (senza vergogna alcuna) di considerare i cittadini solo pacchi di voti da spostare, di consorterie cordate di potere per il potere, di schermaglie finte da pifferai magici e clientele, capobastone, potentati da mantenere e far avanzare. In questi ultimi mesi abbiamo visto di tutto e di più: un nuovo ragazzo a Pescara assassinato dalla droga, diverse inchieste contro la schiavitù sessuale e le mafie nigeriane, l’arresto di un imprenditore contiguo al clan Senese con l’assurdità nei giorni successivi di un capo clientele e pacchetti politici negare che in Abruzzo siano attive mafie, nuovi maxi incendi nell’aquilano con le solite menate dell’incapace “politica istituzionale” che è arrivata a puntare il dito addirittura sugli ambientalisti. Dimenticandosi le proprie dormite, squallide consorterie, scelte scellerate, occhi (e non solo quelli) chiusi, inchieste nazionali contro la pedopornografia che diffonde video, foto e consegna bambini anche di pochi mesi al più disumano, turpe e schifoso mercato criminale possibile, la maxi rissa di Lanciano, le innumerevoli operazioni contro lo spaccio di droga dalla Marsica al teramano, da Rancitelli (sempre più hub del narcotraffico regionale e non solo) a Vasto e Casalbordino. La violenza è cresciuta nettamente d’intensità, i sistemi criminali in questi mesi hanno riconquistato nuovi territori – e non basta come a Pescara distruggere due fontane mentre tante altre vicende stanno nettamente peggiorando la situazione – e alzano sempre più la testa, marcando con fuochi d’artificio e altri segnali comuni interi. Eppure ben poche le voci che tutto ciò lo denunciano, documentano e continuano a chiedere la sacrosanta schiena dritta e rivolta sociale e civile: l’Associazione Antimafie Rita Atria, PeaceLink Abruzzo, wordnews.it, lagiustizia.info, Azione Civile e poche altre.
E intanto ancora una volta la “grande politica” è stata scossa da una nuova maxi inchiesta giudiziaria su affidamenti pubblici e favori, con l’accusa di posti di lavoro e denari pubblici designati per compagni di partito, amici e amici degli amici. La magistratura farà il suo corso, ad oggi non sappiamo ancora se si approderà e cosa accadrà in un eventuale processo, ma la cronaca lascia sconsolati e affranti e non può che far aumentare la sfiducia.
Quando si tratta di sistemi criminali e mafiosi, che sia la camorra, che siano i traffici illeciti dei rifiuti (e dal vastese alla Marsica gli ultimi mesi ci ricordano ancora una volta quanto sia penosa la gestione pubblica e quanto squallide consorterie sfruttano e avvelenano i territori) o i parenti dei Casamonica e degli Spada – attivissimi nel narcotraffico, nel racket delle case popolari (Rancitelli in primis, come denunciato anche in queste settimane dal comitato di quartiere “Per una nuova Rancitelli” al quale rinnoviamo stima, vicinanza, sostegno e apprezzamento per la costanza e l’impegno), nelle estorsioni e nella violenta prepotenza di piazza, nomi conosciutissimi da tutti ma su cui troppi pavidamente e vergognosamente fanno finta “sia tutto normale”, Spinelli, Guarnieri, De Rosa, Di Rocco, Di Silvio – gli sporchi affari dei colletti bianchi, la pedopornografia e la schiavitù sessuale da San Salvo a Pescara fino alla bonifica del tronto, le infiltrazioni nell’economia (come attestano le tante operazioni da Vasto e San Salvo a Francavilla e Marsica) con riciclaggio e predazione di attività economiche da parte di mafie pugliesi, ‘ndrangheta e camorra, il proverbio popolare “Sant’Antonio accetta tutto, accetta pure i prosciutti e se vengono fuori degli intrecci accetta anche le salsicce” è la perfetta descrizione della regione camomilla abruzzese. Non possiamo dimenticare quanto accaduto nei mesi scorsi nel carcere di Sulmona, dove densa è la presenza di detenuti in alta sorveglianza e al 41bis, dove addirittura si è dovuta stabilire la sorveglianza esterna da parte dell’esercito. Lo stesso carcere dove, in un processo in Liguria, emerse che era avvenuto un rito di affiliazione alla ‘ndrangheta. Lo stesso territorio dove c’è la presenza delle mafie dei pascoli e solo l’anno scorso furono almeno 8 gli atti intimidatori tra attentati e minacce contro amministratori comunali, dirigenti di parchi e ditte di rifiuti. O che il vastese che in questi mesi tace sulle sfide dei sistemi criminali delle famiglie già citate (anche se in larga parte dovremmo parlare di clan), dai fuochi d’artificio illegali e in sfregio in questi mesi anche a quarantene, lockdown e disposizioni anti covid, è lo stesso che l’anno scorso vide le gesta soprattutto social, con grande clamore nazionale e preoccupazione espressa persino dal presidente della commissione parlamentare antimafia Morra, del terzogenito di Totò Riina. Anche qui ben poche furono le voci a documentare e denunciare che non ha mai preso le distanze dalla famiglia mafiosa, che ha continuato a sbandierare e ostentare il cognome di famiglia facendolo diventare anche un brand commerciale con iniziative a dir poco sconcertanti. Mentre altri lo hanno accolto, festeggiando sia lui (negli stessi giorni del compleanno e poi dell’assassinio di Giovanni Falcone, coincidenze che non meritano neanche di esser commentato) che la madre e santificandolo, negli stessi giorni in cui al contrario gran parte delle parrocchie italiane ricordavano il sacrificio di don Peppe Diana. Qua invece si santifica il figlio del “capo dei capi” della mafia, colui che definì Falcone un “coso” lamentandosi delle corone deposte a Capaci, colui che l’anno scorso stesso emerse un boss disse “quello è un ragazzo che ci scappelliamo tutti” (davanti a quel ragazzo ci togliamo tutti il cappello). Tanti, troppi mollano, si addormentano, accettano, noi no. C’è ancora molto da raccontare, su questo e altri territori, e anche su chi l’anno scorso e prima ancora realizzò questo vergognoso teatrino. Ci ritorneremo. Nonostante tutto e troppi, come disse il compianto Roberto Mancini per noi “non è finito un cazzo” e non accetteremo mai di tacere ed amalgamarci, nel silenzio urleremo sempre più forte.
