Abruzzo, non si può ripartire senza spazzare via negazionisti e terrapiattisti sulla presenza delle mafie
Azione Civile Abruzzo: «Solidarietà al vice presidente del Consiglio Regionale Domenico Pettinari per le minacce mafiose ricevute»
È passato meno di un anno dall’ultima volta che abbiamo registrato negazionismo sulle presenze mafiose in Abruzzo, proveniente dall’ex assessore regionale della giunta D’Alfonso Gerosolimo la cui moglie Marianna Scoccia è attualmente consigliera regionale Palazzo Silone. Di recente abbiamo dovuto registrare un negazionismo ancora più pesante da un blog considerato da molti vicino alla stessa area politica. In quest’ultimo anno scalpore e condanna si sono ferocemente rivolti verso chi nega l’emergenza sanitaria e la stessa esistenza della pandemia. Quando vedremo analogo interesse e condanna nei confronti di quest’altro negazionismo? Come si può ancora considerare accettabile, nonostante decenni di inchieste, atti e fatti il negazionismo su mafie e sistemi criminali, sulla loro presenza e su come egemonizzano settori economici e intere zone della nostra regione?
Una dimostrazione di quanto sistemi criminali siano pesantemente e violentemente presenti in Abruzzo arriva dalle nuove minacce contro il vice presidente del consiglio regionale Domenico Pettinari. Nell’ottobre 2019 esprimemmo la nostra solidarietà a Pettinari dopo gli avvertimenti mafiosi ricevuti, in quelle settimane fu bruciata l’auto di una cittadina di Rancitelli. Torniamo ad esprimere la nostra solidarietà dopo le ultime gravissime minacce che entrambi hanno ricevuto.
Quanto avvenuto va oltre il semplice negazionismo e, addirittura, arriva a citare l’ultima relazione semestrale della Direzione Investigativa Antimafia con un terrapiattismo della presenza mafiosa in Abruzzo. Quelle relazioni da tantissimi anni riportano un elenco sterminato di operazioni, inchieste, fatti, di infiltrazioni, di famiglie e clan attivi nei crimini più diversi. Nel 2015 fu posta l’attenzione su come il porto di Pescara è diventato uno dei più importanti nel traffico di droga. Il narcotraffico è tra gli affari sporchi più importanti per i clan più diversi, dalla camorra (che tantissime inchieste hanno documentato ha riciclato e ricicla capitali sporchi) ai parenti dei Casamonica – ricordiamoli ancora una volta: Spada, Spinelli, Guarnieri, Di Rocco, De Rosa, Ciarelli, Di Silvio, Bevilacqua. Rappresentanti di sistemi criminali mafiosi – affiliati ai Casamonica egemoni nella criminalità mafiosa romana – violenti e prepotenti, attivissimi sempre nello spaccio e nell’usura così come nell’occupazione violenta da gang dei luoghi della socialità, bar, strade, piazze a Pescara come nel teramano e nell’aquilano e, ancor di più, in comuni come Vasto, San Salvo, Casalbordino ed altri nella provincia di Chieti. Le cronache, anche degli ultimi mesi, hanno riportato come continuino a spacciare senza sosta. Siamo stati tra le uniche due voci a denunciarlo ripetutamente da oltre un anno, a chiedere attenzione sulla loro presenza egemonica – sfida alle istituzioni e alla collettività tutta – che si concretizza anche nei segnali ripetutamente inviati con fuochi d’artificio ad ogni ora. A Capodanno, nonostante l’ordinanza anti botti, a Pescara hanno sparato fin nel centro città a pochi passi dalle sedi di Comune e Provincia. A Rancitelli e in altri quartieri periferici proseguono anche più volte nella stessa sera. Testimonianze sono arrivate anche da Vasto e Casalbordino.
Nei giorni successivi alla nuova espressione di negazionismo è arrivata la notizia di una nuova maxi operazione contro le mafie nigeriane: questa volta l’Abruzzo, con il capoluogo L’Aquila, non è stata solo coinvolta ma è emersa come la base principale, il fulcro di una rete nazionale. E quanto le mafie nigeriane e lo sfruttamento della schiavitù sessuale, dalla bonifica del tronto a Pescara e Montesilvano, fino confine col Molise, siano ampiamente presenti e rappresentino una piaga sociale sono fatti. Quest’anno saranno dieci anni dalla morte, uccisa dallo sfruttamento sessuale, di Lilian Solomon. Qualcuno la ricorderà? Qualcuno ricorda le sue lacrime anche in una trasmissione televisiva nazionale? Qualcuno riuscirà mai a provare vergogna e ribrezzo per le troppe Lilian Solomon incatenate e sfruttate ogni notte?
Doveroso ricordare, ai negazionisti terrapiattisti e a tutti i cittadini, quanto documentato e testimoniato (a partire dallo studio universitario coordinato dalla prof.ssa Lina Calandra dell’Università aquilana) sulle mafie dei pascoli. E quanto appare esserci un disegno criminale efferato dietro gli incendi sul Morrone e nell’aquilano negli ultimi anni. Siamo nelle settimane del compleanno di Giovanni Falcone e dell’anniversario della strage di Capaci. Basta con la vuota e ipocrita retorica. Falcone va ricordato con memoria attiva, aprendo gli occhi ed impegnandosi costantemente nel concreto. Non possiamo dimenticare che, e siamo stati e rimaniamo quasi unica voce a denunciarlo nel silenzio e nell’omertà generali, due anni fa nelle stesse settimane c’è chi ha festeggiato il compleanno del terzogenito di Totò Riina, e prima ancora della madre Ninetta Bagarella, dopo averlo accolto e coccolato per mesi e mesi. Venevoli, buonisti, ospitali, giustificatori, complici di chi non ha mai rinnegato le radici mafiose familiari e anzi le ha sempre rivendicato con orgoglio. Come nel suo vergognoso libro e trasformando il cognome Riina in un brand commerciale e due vergognose aste online. La seconda con scadenza a pochi minuti dall’anniversario della strage di via D’Amelio. Pensare sia stata solo una coincidenza ci appare tesi insostenibile. Soggiorno di Riina jr su cui ancora oggi aleggiano tanti dubbi e interrogativi, compresi contatti e frequentazioni. Anche con esponenti, tra l’altro tutt’altro che incensurati, delle stesse famiglie che abbiamo già ampiamente citato. Contatti che probabilmente proseguono o comunque non si sono mai interrotti definitivamente.
