Nuovo appuntamento col nostro ironico diario del giorno
Oggi c’è un tempo di passapitittu. L’aria è sciroccata, c’è caldo, ma proprio per questo c’è un cielo coperto, che minaccia temporali, in siciliano diremmo “accupusu”, in italiano occupato dalle nuvole.
Sul piano internazionale Trump ha minacciato di promuovere una politica di dazi, specialmente contro la Cina, ma anche contro l’Europa, perché, secondo lui gli Stati uniti sino ad adesso sono stati una specie di bancomat, a cui tutti gli altri stati attingevano. Insomma, secondo una tecnica di populismo sfrenato, che genera consensi, i prezzi delle merci che arriveranno negli Stati Uniti saranno gravati di dazi e la risposta è quella che dalla parte opposta si metteranno dazi su quello che arriva dagli Stati Uniti, generando una politica mondiale di rialzo dei prezzi. Cose da protezionismo ottocentesco che pensavamo finite con la politica del libero mercato. E strano che questo gangster della politica non si preoccupi di tutto l’immenso fiume di denaro che gli Stati uniti spendono per portare avanti la loro politica di gendarmi del mondo.
Un veloce pensiero va ai due ragazzi morti per fare esperienze estreme, uno impiccato, perché voleva provare cosa si sente nel momento in cui quando ci si sta strangolando, l’altro, precipitato dal tetto di un centro commerciale perché doveva farsi un selfie nel vuoto. Ragazzi, attenti, con la vita non si scherza. I vostri genitori ci hanno messo tanto per farvi nascere, crescere, alimentarvi, istruirvi, e non potete tagliare la loro esistenza e la vostra facendo gli stupidi. Perché di questo si tratta, di stupidità pura. Né tantomeno facendo i bulletti con chi è più debole o con chi né diverso. Il rispetto della persona è fondamentale, anche se viviamo in un’epoca in cui questo sta venendo meno giorno dopo giorno. E attenzione, non lo diciamo noi, ma il presidente della Repubblica, il quale ha anche condannato il bullismo dei genitori che aggrediscono i docenti o li tengono sotto pressione con la pretesa di essere loro gli educatori. È iniziato un nuovo anno scolastico e tutto può funzionare, con tutti i limiti, solo se ci si pone su un piano di rispetto reciproco.
Tornando in Italia oggi il presidente del Consiglio Nessuno, anzi scusate, Conte, ci ha informato che non si farà una sanatoria per coloro che non hanno pagato le tasse, ma una pace fiscale. Lo stato farà un bello sconto e gli evasori o i furbetti se la caveranno pagando meno, ma mettendosi in regola. Di Maio e il suo partito hanno detto che sono contrari, ma alla fine, poiché si prevedono una decina di miliardi d’incasso, tutti saranno d’accordo se sapranno come distribuirseli per mandare avanti le loro politiche.
Facciamo rotta su Partinico: ieri c’è stata una riunione di maggioranza. Il sindaco ha chiamato tutti al suo tavolo per fare la conta. Quattro ore di discorsi, di voci, di richieste di posti, di minacce di secessione, di tensioni, con la presenza di qualcuno che non aveva cariche istituzionali, ma che è stato ammesso senza tesserino di visitatore. Alla fine la conta ha rilevato che sono rimasti fedelissimi e bellissimi, ma non tutti, nove consiglieri, mentre gli altri stanno con un piede dentro e uno fuori. Comunque il sindaco ha ribadito che è ora dei smetterla perché a comandare è lui solo.
Sul famoso nostro permesso per accedere al Municipio, è stato trovato il modo per bloccarlo: ci è stata chiesta l’iscrizione della testata giornalistica all’albo delle testate, cioè quello dove si danno colpi di testa: un documento che richiederebbe per il suo rilascio un po’ di tempo, e che comunque spetterebbe richiedere all’amministrazione, visto che ha questo desiderio. Il manager Maniaci ha detto di potere produrre un’autocertificazione, ma sicuramente non si accontenteranno. Insomma pare di trovarsi davanti a una dichiarazione di guerra, più che a una tanto strombazzata richiesta, in campagna elettorale, di collaborazione tra la stampa e le istituzioni. In tal senso, come diceva De Luca, “la musica è cambiata”, ma solo per Telejato, perché altrove tutto è rimasto uguale: è questione di giorni e si fermerà di nuovo l’ATO, perché non si sa dove si potranno trovare i soldi per pagare operai, conferimento in discarica, nolo mezzi, per il mese di agosto, non parliamo di settembre: certamente bisognerà ricorrere ad anticipazioni di cassa, cioè altri debiti. E qui “a musica un canciò”.
Stamane la pompa di benzina di Giardinello, dopo il nostro servizio, in cui si lamentava l’apertura per un solo giorno la settimana, è stata recintata, visitata, esaminata e verificata dai NAS della Guardia di Finanza. Vedremo se tutto è in regola e se è giusto che un paese sia lasciato a secco, grazie alla gestione dell’amministratore giudiziario.
È stata ricevuta dal sindaco una rappresentanza di musulmani che chiedono un luogo in cui poter pregare. Il sindaco se n’è graziosamente lavate le mani invitandoli a presentare una richiesta scritta per l’utilizzazione di un bene confiscato alla mafia, che egli inoltrerà al prefetto, in attesa di qualche decisione che non arriverà mai. Intanto hanno deciso di pregare ognuno a casa propria.
Ultima notizia: è morto il boss Salvatore Profeta, uno di quelli che contavano in tutta Palermo, al punto che anche la Madonna in processione si fermava davanti alla sua casa. Se è vero quello che hanno detto i papi, Wojtyla e Bergoglio, non dovrebbe andare in paradiso, ma attenti, dai mafiosi ci si può aspettare di tutto.
