Partinico, operazioni antidroga della polizia: due arresti
In due distinte operazioni, la Polizia di Stato ha sequestrato stupefacente e arrestato due partinicesi che custodivano cocaina e marijuana confezionata in casa
In due distinte operazioni, nel recente periodo, la Polizia di Stato ha sequestrato ragguardevoli dosi di stupefacente e tratto in arresto due partinicesi, sorpresi a custodire droga confezionata in casa e pronta ad alimentare la piazza di spaccio del grosso centro della provincia occidentale palermitana.
Sequestri ed arresto sono gli esiti di una strutturata attività investigativa che ha portato a veri e prorpi blitz in due appartamenti, condotti dai poliziotti del locale Commissariato di P.S.
Nel primo caso, è stata predisposta una perquisizione nel domicilio di una donna partinicese 32enne, all’interno di un quartiere popolare. All’operazione ha parteciapto anche Ulla, il cane “antidroga” in forza alla Squadra Cinofili dell’Ufficio Prevenzione Generale e Soccorso Pubblico. Sono stati così rinvenuti, all’interno dell’appartamento, precisamente dentro un borsello, 43 involucri termoriscaldati in cellophane con all’interno cocaina per un peso complessivo di 20 grammi e 120,00 euro, ritenuto presumibile provento di precedente attività di spaccio.
Droga e denaro sono stati sequestrati. La donna è stata tratta in arresto ed il provvedimento è già stato convalidato da’’Autorità Giudiziaria mentre sono in corso indagini per risalire a fornitori e destinatari dello stupefacente.
Analoga operazione è stata condotta nei confronti di un 20enne cittadino partinicese, responsabile del reato di detenzione ai fini di spaccio di sostanza stupefacente, raggiunto nella sua abitazione.
Come da protocollo, mentre una aliquota di poliziotti raggiungeva l’abitazione ove si presumeva trovarsi droga, altri colleghi rimanevano ai piedi dell’edificio per cinturarlo e recuperare eventuale stupefacente del quale lo spacciatore potesse liberarsi, magari lanciandolo dalla finestra. Era esattamente quello che si verificava quando, poco prima che gli agenti facessero irruzione nell’appartamento, si notava che da una finestra del primo piano, in corrispondenza del locale salone principale della dimora, veniva lanciato un sacchetto di colore bianco, di quelli utilizzati per la spesa, contenente 105 involucri termosaldati in cellophane con all’interno della sostanza verosimilmente marijuana del peso lordo complessivo di 146 grammi. Tale ingombro veniva recuperato insieme a materiale utilizzato per la pesatura della sostanza, parimenti contenuto nel sacchetto.
L’atteggiamento teso e nervoso dell’uomo insospettiva gli agenti al piano ai quali lo stesso giovane ammetteva di essersi liberato della droga. .
Ulteriori verifiche nel corso della perquisizione domiciliare avrebbero permesso di rinvenire in una stanza adibita a magazzino due contenitori in plastica trasparente contenente altra marijuana ed accesori per il confezionamento della stessa.
Tutta la sostanza rinvenuta ed il materiale per il confezionamento venivano posti in sequestro e messi a disposizione dell’Autorita’ Giudiziaria.
Alla luce dei fatti emersi il soggetto veniva tratto in arresto per detenzione ai fini di spaccio e sottoposto alla misura precautelare degli arresti domiciliari.
Giova precisare che gli indagati sono indiziati in merito al reato contestato e che la loro posizione sarà definitiva solo dopo l’emissione di una, eventuale, sentenza passata in giudicato, in ossequio al principio costituzionale della presunzione di innocenza
