L'intervento in via Salita Garibaldi in pieno centro cittadino
MONREALE – Intervento dei Vigili del Fuoco di Palermo a Monreale a causa di un cornicione che stava per crollare sulle auto di passaggio e sui pedoni. I pompieri sono giunti in via Salita Garibaldi, ai margini del centro storico della città alle porte di Palermo, alle 9.45 di oggi dopo la chiamata al 115 di un passante che, accortosi dell’imminente pericolo e di alcuni calcinacci già rovinati sull’asfalto, non ha esitato a chiedere aiuto.
Da Palermo sono arrivati i Vigili del fuoco che hanno messo in sicurezza l’area e, con l’ausilio di una scala hanno raggiunto il balcone. Tramite un bastone in ferro hanno asportato la porzione di balcone pericolante.
Qualche ripercussione sul traffico veicolare che è stato bloccato per consentire l’intervento in sicurezza dei Vigili del Fuoco.
