Vasto, mobilitazione al fianco delle madri perseguitate per la PAS

L’Italia è il Paese per antonomasia delle celebrazioni e della retoriche, delle giornate celebrate e celebrative e dell’esaltazione dei più alti valori civili e umani. Un alieno che avesse la sventura di cadere sulla terra e giungere nel fu Belpaese, raccogliendo tutte le celebrazioni e i discorsi penserebbe di esser giunto nel paradiso più paradiso del paradiso dell’umanità, degli ideali, della convivenza civile. Una retorica che si sfoga e pavoneggia alacremente nei confronti delle donne e della situazione che subiscono: la festa della donna, la giornata contro la violenza di genere (dire e scrivere “violenza maschile contro le donne” pare stia diventando proibito, per questo solo e soltanto così continueremo a definirla), la festa della mamma. Una ricorrenza in cui vedremo celebrate le madri, angelicate e in una visione commovente e straordinaria. Le cronache riportano che nel 1958 fu presentato una proposta di legge per l’istituzione ufficiale della festa della mamma, molte fonti riportano che la legge sarebbe stata approvata l’anno successivo. Un Paese che celebra le madri persino nelle aule parlamentari, che ha sentito il bisogno di istituire una giornata dedicata con tutti i crismi della civiltà giuridica e legale. Lodi ed orgoglio a questo Paese che il prossimo 8 maggio tornerà a sfoggiare tutto il suo buon cuore e la sua vicinanza alle madri.

Tutto questo è il “teatro”, è la retorica sfoggiata e la celebrazione con trombe degne di quelle con cui l’Arcangelo Gabriele prima o poi verrà ad annunciarci la fine di questo mondo. Strappato il velo del tempio si sbatte in faccia alla realtà. E ogni madre, ogni donna che vive concretamente e nella carne viva del “tempio familiare” dietro la fiction conosce quel che realmente c’è. In un Paese che celebra, adora e tiene in così grande considerazione le madri e la lotta contro la violenza maschile contro le donne (oops, di genere, scusateci ma scrivere quel che non si può scrivere è una tentazione a cui non si riesce e non si vuol resistere) che – nonostante la scienza e persino le più alte corti giuridiche si sono espresse – continua a perpetrare l’esistenza della cosiddetta «sindrome da alienazione parentale», la PAS. Che non esiste scientificamente ma continua ad imporsi in tanti, troppi tribunali. Laura Massaro ha vinto nei mesi scorsi, con una sentenza della Corte di Cassazione, la propria battaglia. Ma, nonostante quella sentenza dovrebbe far giurisprudenza e ormai la PAS è stata demolita da scienza, coscienza e conoscenza, troppe madri subiscono ancora la persecuzione. Una violenza istituzionale che si schiera con la violenza maschile, con padri a dir poco violenti ed oppressivi. Lo stato dell’8 marzo e del 25 novembre al posto di reprimere tal “signori brava gente” perseguita le madri portando avanti la tesi secondo cui non è il padre ad esser violento ma la madre che aliena i figli, non è lui oppressore ma lei “madre malevola”. Una persecuzione nazista, nata la prima volta durante il regime hitleriano e che è giunta fino ai giorni nostri. Amata e portata avanti dagli stessi che si proclamano defensor fidei della famiglia, che guai chi gli tocca la famiglia e il sacro istituto del matrimonio. Ovvero le estreme destre, religiose e politiche, di oggi.

L’attuale formulazione della PAS è stata realizzata da Richard Gardner negli Stati Uniti negli anni ottanta. Queste sono alcune delle sue teorie nei confronti della pedofilia e della violenza pedofila di padri nei confronti delle figlie. Non si aggiunge altro e non si commenta neanche, sono parole che parlano da sole

«La pedofilia è sempre stata considerata la norma dalla stragrande maggioranza della gente in ogni epoca»

«Il pedofilo è sfortunato a vivere in un luogo e un’epoca storica che condannano la sua inclinazione. Ciononostante questa non è una ragione sufficiente per autocolpevolizzarsi»    

«La sua accresciuta sessualità può attenuare il desiderio del marito di cercare gratificazione sessuale tramite la figlia» ovvero il “marito” ha impellenti necessità sessuali e la moglie deve essere al suo servizio, ancella sessuale dei suoi desideri. Se ciò non avviene, se lei non si sacrifica il “marito” alla fine deve potersi “sfogare” e “realizzare” altrove.

Accanto a Laura Massaro e a tutte le madri in lotta, contro le aberrazioni, le ingiustizie e le persecuzioni della PAS e di ogni violenza istituzionale contro le madri, si scenderà in piazza il prossimo 7 maggio per un sit in che si terrà in piazza Barbacani a Vasto.
