Indagini su quattro buste che non contenevano lettere, ma carta igienica sporca
Apprendiamo oggi da Live Sicilia, in un articolo di Riccardo Lo Verso, di quattro lettere, spedite da Milano a quattro rispettivi destinatari siciliani, contenente un pezzo di carta igienica sporca di merda.
La cosa più inquietante è che non si tratta di spedizioni in contemporanea, ma diluite nel tempo. Inizia nel 2012, quando due poliziotti Federico Spallino e Davide Sunseri, “saccufianu a lignati”, cioè pestano, per futili motivi, un poveraccio di sessant’anni, e siccome sono “sperti”, fanno una relazione di servizio in cui scrivono che è stato il poveraccio ad aggredirli e che loro si sono difesi. Le telecamere, che hanno ripreso la scena, li smentiscono, i poliziotti vengono condannati in primo appello, fanno ricorso, la Cassazione rinvia il tutto, forse in attesa di qualche prescrizione e, come succede spesso in questi casi, non succede nulla, sino a quando ai due, nelle rispettive abitazioni di Palermo e di Bivona, non viene recapitata la puzzolente busta. Immagino il postino. Naturalmente i due fanno denuncia alle rispettive procure di Sciacca e di Palermo e cominciano le indagini. Non si sa se il malcapitato che è stato “menato” abbia pure cagato e se la sostanza di cui è sporca la carta igienica appartenga a lui. Viene comunque spontanea una domanda: è stato identificato? Pare di no.
Passano tre anni e nel maggio 2015 la stessa “ntifica” direbbe Camilleri, situazione si ripresenta: due buste con della carta igienica sporca della sostanza maleodorante che si chiama merda, vengono recapitate a Cappellano Seminara e a Silvana Saguto. Ancora non è scoppiato lo scandalo in procura e scattano le indagini, si analizza la sostanza, si analizza la saliva della busta, si fa riferimento al ruolo dei due destinatari, una rappresentante dello stato, l’altro suo, diciamo consulente”, e si conclude che tra le quattro lettere c’è un elemento comune: la merda. A chi appartiene ancora non si sa, ma si sa che le lettere sono state spedite dalla stazione ferroviaria di Milano Borromeo. Le indagini dovranno anche chiarire se il mittente ha fatto quello che doveva fare, per sporcare la carta, dentro la stazione, portandosi le buste affrancate appresso, o se lo ha fatto comodamente a casa, cosa aveva mangiato e poi digerito e dove poteva avere acquistato le cibarie.
Tre Procure della Repubblica italiana sono interessate a questo preoccupante evento, quella di Palermo, quella di Sciacca e quella di Caltanissetta. Si indaga a 360 gradi alla ricerca del criminale cacatore. E visto che si tratta di cose così… il pm Ferdinando Lo Cascio aveva chiesto l’archiviazione, ma il giudice Vittorio Alcamo non l’ha ancora accolta e probabilmente disporrò un prosieguo delle indagini per scoprire a chi appartiene la merda. Nell’eventualità che dovesse scoprirlo, di cosa lo accuserà e a cosa lo condannerà? È una domanda inquietante e la risposta è tutta da scoprire.
