Notifica procedimento disciplinare per Pino Maniaci e Riccardo Orioles di Telejato
L’ordine dei giornalisti ha notificato un procedimento disciplinare a Pino Maniaci e a Riccardo Orioles per alcuni articoli riguardanti l’amministratore giudiziario Giuseppe Rizzo
Abbiamo ricevuto, da parte dell’ordine dei giornalisti, un avviso di apertura di procedimento disciplinare, indirizzato a Pino Maniaci e al direttore della testata giornalistica Telejato, Riccardo Orioles da parte dell’Ordine dei giornalisti, il quale, attraverso un collegio di disciplina territoriale, composto da tre membri, dovrebbe verificare se sono state violate, da parte dei due giornalisti, le regole di deontologia professionale. È difficile sottrarsi al sospetto che l’Ordine non voglia liberarsi di una persona, come Maniaci, diventata scomoda dopo le recenti vicende giudiziarie che l’hanno coinvolta. Ma attenzione, è solo un cattivo pensiero.
La notifica fa riferimento a due note presentate dall’avvocato Fucarino, in relazione a tre articoli pubblicati da questa emittente e riguardanti l’amministratore giudiziario Giuseppe Rizzo. Si tratta di servizi nei quali abbiamo documentato la cattiva gestione dei beni dei Virga di Marineo, fatta da questo amministratore e dai suoi nominati, e in cui si indicano una serie di motivi per cui si è arrivati alla sostituzione di questa persona con altro amministratore, sotto la cui gestione le cose sembrano addirittura essere peggiorate. Nelle accuse del Fucarino si sottolineano una serie di pretestuosi distinguo per dire che Rizzo non è indagato, non ha compiuto alcun illecito e che ha solo due amministrazioni giudiziarie. Precisato che in un articolo pubblicato da questa emittente il primo marzo 2015 è stato riportato un lungo elenco degli incarichi di Rizzo, precisato che in tutta Italia esistono centinaia di siti, come quello di Telejato, non registrati, che, allo stato attuale non c’è una legislazione che regolamenti il settore, precisato che il termine quotini, come specificato in vari articoli non è offensivo, ma si riferisce a una serie di avvocati e collaboratori del cerchio magico della Saguto, vogliamo precisare che buona parte delle notizie riportate ci sono state fornite da gente che lavora o lavorava nelle imprese dei Virga, i quali non sono soggetti “asseritamente mafiosi”, ma hanno creduto nell’intervento dello stato, al punto da collaborare, da denunciare i loro estorsori e da ricevere anche un contributo per i danno loro provocati da numerosi attentati, a nostro parere il sig. Rizzo e il suo avvocato hanno perso un’occasione per stare zitti, poiché chi sia Rizzo, come sia stato nominato amministratore giudiziario tramite i buoni uffici del colonnello Rosolino Nasca, stretto “compagno di merenda” della Saguto, come abbia fatto lavorare nel suo ufficio la nuora della Saguto, Mariangela Pantò, come sia stato definito “incapace”, assieme ad altri più pesanti aggettivi, in questa breve nota ci preme far presente che trasmetteremo all’ordine dei giornalisti, sicuri che ne sia in possesso, ma che non è stata del tutto letta, le numerose pagine della sentenza di sequestro dei beni della Saguto, affinché l’ordine possa documentarsi e occuparsi di questioni ben più gravi, cioè quelle che riguardano la cattiva amministrazione dei beni sequestrati alla mafia e la condizione delle migliaia di persone ridotte sul lastrico e private del loro lavoro, solo perché alcuni “predatori” hanno pensato di riempire le loro tasche e quelle dei loro amici.
E proprio per tornare all’argomento, se diamo un’occhiata all’amministrazione giudiziaria della cava Parra, e quindi della società Selma, affidata, guarda un po’, sempre con l’intervento del colonnello Nasca a Giuseppe Rizzo, stiamo verificando che succedono strane cose: rispetto al prezzo di mercato del cemento, che si aggira sui 60/65 euro al metro cubo, il cemento che esce dalla cava dei Parra è fornito a 50 euro mq ed ha rotto la piazza, poiché non è remunerativo per le casse dell’azienda, sempre più in difficoltà, mentre lo è certamente per cantieri che se ne stanno servendo, uno fra tutti quello che l’impresa dell’ing. Cannone che sta realizzando l’imminente supermercato allo svincolo sella superstrada tra Partinico ed Alcamo. Ma quella dei supermercati che nascono come funghi è un’altra storia su cui ci riserviamo di ritornare.
