Caso Saguto: il triangolo è un quadrilatero, anzi un pentagono
Alcuni giornali stanno facendo la stessa operazione che è solito fare uno pseudo informatore di casa nostra, ovvero pigliare frammenti di intercettazioni già note da tempo e farli diventare notizia.
Oggi spunta fuori una cosa che avevamo scritto nel passato mese di settembre, ovvero che il giudice Tona di Caltanissetta giudicava Cappellano Seminara poco meno di Satana, così come la Saguto giudicava se stessa onnipotente, poco meno di dio (lo scriviamo minuscolo, perché è il dio della Saguto). E tuttavia, dietro l’abile guida del prof. Carmelo Provenzano, si stava mettendo a punto una ragnatela che comprendeva gli uffici delle misure di prevenzione di Palermo, di Trapani e di Caltanissetta, quello che un quotidiano online oggi chiama il triangolo: Saguto, Tona e, per Trapani, il giudice Grillo, avrebbero dovuto mettere a punto criteri e obiettivi per la gestione dei beni sequestrati e per assicurare a una serie di persone a loro legate incarichi, consulenze, perizie, amministrazioni e quant’altro può stare dietro il controllo dei patrimoni sequestrati e rimasti nelle mani delle procure, grazie alla legge che consente di andare oltre le assoluzioni e continuare nei sequestri a discrezione del magistrato che se ne occupa. E tuttavia per noi non era un triangolo, ma un quadrilatero, perché uno dei vertici della figura sta a Roma, ovvero il giudice Muntoni che dirige l’ufficio romano delle misure di prevenzione e che era sempre presente nelle annuali assemblee all’abbazia Sant’Anastasia. Ieri abbiamo fatto i nomi di tutti i partecipanti e, a volere essere cattivi si può ipotizzare che c’è un filo che ha tenuto assieme tutti costoro. Aspettiamo che da Catania si diano precise risposte sull’operato di questo giudice di Caltanissetta, sul cui prestigio avremmo messo la mano sul fuoco, magari col rischio di bruciarcela. Infatti abbiamo dato notizia dell’anomalia del sequestro Padovani, al quale, soprattutto a Catania sono stati sequestrati i beni, malgrado nei suoi confronti non ci fosse alcuna condanna: i beni erano stati affidati a Cappellano Seminara, il quale si serviva dell’aiuto di Lorenzo Caramma per gestire questo grosso patrimonio di slot machines, che sono state interamente svendute o rottamate. Cappellano, così, da Palermo arrivava a Catania, come se a Catania non ci fossero amministratori.
Oggi apprendiamo da Live Sicilia che Tona nel 2006 aveva dato a Cappellano Seminara l’incarico di amministratore giudiziario di due rami della Calcestruzzi spa, con sede a Riesi e a Gela. Quindi il legame c’era, ma non siamo in grado di dirvi se sotto c’erano implicazioni penali: questo lo decideranno i giudici di Catania. Qualcuno dirà: che c’entra Muntoni? Muntoni aveva, per quanto emerso dall’indagine, prospettato un sequestro a Roma da affidare a Cappellano Seminara, il quale poi avrebbe dovuto nominare, come consulente, il solito Lorenzo Caramma. Insomma, la Saguto desiderava tanto che il marito lavorasse e si adoperava per farlo entrare in qualsiasi situazione sotto il suo controllo, magari per toglierselo un po’ dalle scatole. Non facciamo supposizioni sui baci in bocca che gli mandava Carmelo Provenzano, né sui costosi regali di Cappellano Seminara, comprese le valigette di soldi. Il privato è privato. Ci si dice, da più parti, che in mezzo c’era anche la procura di Milano, ma non abbiamo molti elementi per confermarlo. In realtà i volponi avevano messo l’occhio su tre grossi affari, la Italgas (è in questo che c’entrano Milano e Pavia,) la Valtur, il cui sequestro era competenza della Procura di Trapani, e le cave dei Virga di Marineo. Sullo sfondo l’incarico di gestore del Cara di Mineo, il centro di raccolta di circa tremila migranti.
Difficile dire quanto in queste aziende ci fosse di mafioso e quali infiltrazioni si siano supposte per dar vita ai sequestri. Difficile anche valutare il giro di denaro che ci stava dietro, ove si eccettua il già risaputo salato conto pagato dalla Italgas di 20 milioni di euro nei due anni di inutile amministrazione giudiziaria. Se riusciamo appena ad alzare lo sguardo da queste vicende, possiamo renderci conto di quanto sia difficile fare impresa in Sicilia, perché, là dove non ci si mette la mafia, con la richiesta del pizzo, possono arrivare le misure di prevenzione. La mafia, se paghi, ti lascia lavorare, se non paghi ti distrugge, le misure di prevenzione invece passano direttamente alla demolizione delle aziende dopo aver fatto lavorare solo quelli del proprio “cerchio magico”. Così al povero imprenditore che vuole provarci, non rimane altro che dire come il bambino napoletano: “io speriamo che me la cavo”.
