Nei giorni scorsi abbiamo dato la notizia dei 32 lavoratori della Pellegrino Group che avevano avuto in affitto dall’Agenzia dei beni confiscati alla mafia una cava e del mancato rinnovo della locazione, che ha lasciato tutti in mezzo alla strada, dopo che in quella cava erano stati fatti investimenti per l’acquisto dei macchinari. Oggi ne scopriamo un’altra e non dalla Sicilia, ma addirittura da Roma, dove, se non prendiamo abbagli, all’ufficio misure di prevenzione dovrebbe ancora sedere il dott. Muntoni, uno stretto amico della Saguto, quello che progettava di affidare a Cappellano Seminara un bene, affinché poi costui nominasse come consulente il marito della Saguto Lorenzo Caramma. La notizia delle ballerine che non ballavano, ma scopavano (i pavimenti, naturalmente!) era già stata detta e scritta nel libro di Francesco Forgione I tragediatori, ma solo oggi è diventata di conoscenza pubblica, dopo che Attilio Bolzoni ne ha ricavato un articolo, pubblicato sulla Repubblica dal titolo Lo stato e la roba, dove leggiamo:
Alla periferia di Roma, fino a qualche tempo fa, c’era una discoteca dove lavoravano dieci ragazze romene. Erano le uniche dipendenti, ufficialmente assunte con un contratto da ballerine da una società che è diventata uno dei 150 mila beni sequestrati alle mafie in Italia. In realtà, ogni notte, quelle ragazze non si esibivano su un palco ma più intimamente all’ombra dei privé. Questa storia, sollecita istintivamente una domanda: ma lo Stato, può gestire un bordello?
E siamo all’ultimo esempio di come quello dei beni confiscati è diventato un gran “casino”. Naturalmente la notizia meriterebbe altri approfondimenti, come ad esempio quello di sapere chi è l’amministratore giudiziario, se e a che titolo ha stipulato un contratto di affitto con le ballerine-pulle, quali sono le tariffe e se allo stato ne va qualcosa. In conclusione, considerando che, con la legge Rognoni La Torre è previsto l’affidamento dei beni confiscati per uso sociale, nel nostro caso sembra di concludere che quello delle dieci allegre ballerine è un lavoro socialmente utile, che si può fare antimafia anche scopando a pagamento, che bisognerebbe anzi incentivare queste forme di riutilizzazione dei beni mafiosi, cioè meglio scopare con l’antimafia che con la mafia, e che, se con la scoperta dello scandalo il locale andrà o andrebbe chiuso, le lavoratrici del sesso non abbiano tutto il diritto di protestare per conservare e tutelare il loro posto di lavoro. “Un caso estremo, commenta Bolzoni, che però ha messo ancora più sott’accusa tutto il sistema. C’è molto da rivedere nella gestione della “roba” tolta ai boss, superando rigidità e dogmi. Partendo da un piccolo caso come quello delle ballerine romene, siamo proprio sicuri che per i beni mafiosi la sola soluzione sia quella del loro riutilizzo sociale? È giusto venderli? O è un pericolo? Di certo, sulle sorti di queste ricchezze, si gioca molto della credibilità dello Stato nella guerra contro le mafie”.
Conclusione: l’incredibile vicenda riporta ancora una volta l’attenzione sul tema dei beni sequestrati e confiscati, molti dei quali sono abbandonati e condannati al degrado, altri servono a pagare amministratori voraci e dei loro collaboratori che nel 90 per cento dei casi sono capaci di ridurli a zero, altri, ma molto pochi, sono esempi di gestione virtuosa che dovrebbe essere incentivata, anziché trascurata dallo stato che li prende in carico. Ma non è il caso delle allegre puttanelle rumene, diventate romane, di cui abbiamo parlato.
