Quella dell’assegnazione dei beni confiscati è una delle tante pagine dolenti.
Non siamo alle “malefatte” della Saguto, che prevalentemente si occupava di beni sequestrati, ma all’assegnazione di beni assegnati ai comuni, che vanno a fare parte del patrimonio indisponibile dei comuni stessi. Negli anni sono stati assegnati a Partinico alcuni beni, sulle cui attività in relazione ai progetti presentati in origine, ci sarebbe da discutere per verificarne i resoconti e i risultati rispetto a quanto in origine proposto.
Il due agosto si è riunita la Commissione designata con delibera della Giunta municipale del 9/2/2007, composta dal Segretario Generale dott.ssa Antonella Spataro, dal responsabile del settore tecnico e delle attività produttive dott.ssa Anna Maria Rizzo, dal responsabile dei servizi sociali Giuseppa Di Marco e dal responsabile dell’ufficio sviluppo del territorio Giovanni Di Trapani oltre che da Margherita Amiri nella qualità di segretario verbalizzante. La commissione ha esaminato in seduta segreta i progetti presentati e ha assegnato un punteggio.
Al progetto Musica per tutti i sensi, dell’associazione Toscanini di Partinico sono stati assegnati 47 punti con la destinazione della sede in via E.Fermi 33, 35 al piano terra o al secondo piano.
Il secondo piano di via Fermi vede anche in corsa lo sportello antiracket dell’associazione Liberjato, in attesa che la prefettura, dopo le recenti vicende di sospensione, e il TAR, dopo il conseguente ricorso, decida sull’iscrizione della stessa associazione nel registro prefettizio delle associazioni antiracket; eventualmente le potrebbe essere assegnato l’immobile di via Pia;
Alla protezione civile dovrebbe andare un capannone in contrada Vernazza Ragali, mentre a una non meglio identificata AICCRE dovrebbe andare sempre il secondo piano di via Fermi: considerati i suoi 54 punti probabilmente sarà quella che avrà la sede.
In contrada Spatafora, per il progetto Cimitero per animali e per il progetto Rifugio per zampe, dovrebbe essere assegnato un bene alla OASS di Croce Giovanna, e quindi sapremo dove saranno seppelliti i cani, ma non sapremmo dire se per ogni cane sarà apposto un cartellino o una lapide segnaletica. Non sembra rientrare nell’assegnazione, l’associazione Xenia e il suo strano progetto Fermi in movimento per servizi di assistenza sociale.
Espletata questa graduatoria adesso si attendono i decreti di assegnazione, che dovrebbero prevedere anche gli anni in cui è data la concessione e gli obblighi delle associazioni di presentare bilanci e di svolgere le attività per le quali hanno ottenuto il bene. Con l’auspicio che quanto sequestrato ai mafiosi ritorni davvero ai cittadini e non diventi l’angolo e la bottega personale di qualcuno.
