Questa è la forma peggiore di un omicidio. Perché di omicidio si tratta. E si uccide insieme anche l’intera sua famiglia che le amare conseguenze deve subire e sopportare. Questo è accaduto e sta accadendo al Giudice Michele Nardi. Assassinato in vita con un ingiusto processo. Portato ammanettato in carcere perché scomodo a un certo sistema. Ancora la sua libertà viene negata! Per quanto ancora? A fronte di un castello di carta di calunnie costruito nella nebbia… Questo Paese sta scivolando sempre più verso un regime totalitario.

Parla il giudice Michele Nardi arrestato il 13 gennaio 2019 e detenuto in carcere fino al giugno 2020 e fino ad oggi ancora privo della sua libertà. Vi invito ad ascoltare attentamente quanto ha detto durante la mia intervista di ieri a casa di sua Madre a Trani dove ANCORA è agli arresti domiciliari da giugno scorso dopo avere scontato 18 mesi nelle galere italiane tra i sacchi di spazzatura. Non è una metafora ma la dura e semplice realtà.
Parla il Giudice Michele Nardi e afferma con forza la propria innocenza con prove alla mano. Si professa ancora e sempre innocente e per questo non ha accettato patteggiamento e ha chiesto un processo penale di primo grado per via ordinaria. Spiega con dati e fatti documentati perché è innocente. Emergono fatti e persone… Giuseppe Ciarrapico, il presidente dell’Enpam (Alberto Oliveti), Giuseppe Pignatone, Luca Palamara, Valerio Fracassi, Pietro Baffa, Roberta Licci consulente parlamentare M5S etc … e la lista ancora continua.
Ecco qualche anticipazione su alcuni contenuti della videointervista. Sui messaggi contenuti nel cellulare di Palamara dove il suo nome è apparso una sola volta. Dopo il suo arresto. Per commentare appunto il suo arresto. Al proposito dice: “Invece ci sono i nomi di centinaia di magistrati, compreso quello di Baffa, presidente del collegio che mi ha giudicato, e per questo motivo ha anche litigato Palamara con il consigliere Valerio Fracassi originario di Brindisi di Area cioè magistratura democratica che praticamente indispettito per il voto di Palamara in favore di Baffa in un messaggio del 17 settembre 2018 inviato alle ore 11:00 scrive: ‘Faccio venire fuori tutte le questioni sulle feste che fa Baffa…’, probabilmente c’era un dossier al CSM su questa vicenda non so a cosa si riferisca a quali feste si riferisca che evidentemente è stato usato come arma di ricatto e spero che questo ricatto non sia stato portato avanti ancora nei confronti di Baffa”.
Alla mia domanda “Come ritiene sia stato condotto il processo contro di lei?” Risponde: “È stato condotto, non voglio entrare adesso nel gli aspetti tecnici perché saranno oggetto dell’appello che proporremo, ma sicuramente il clima complessivo in cui è stato condotto grazie purtroppo a una campagna stampa infame mi sia consentito dirlo. Una campagna anche mass mediatica terrificante che ha coinvolto anche i miei figli con minacce di morte… svolto in un clima non sereno. Noi abbiamo fatto richiesta di valutare questa circostanza, abbiamo anche pensato di fare un’istanza di remissione del processo perché ci sembrava che a Lecce non ci fosse, e siamo convinti che a Lecce non ci sia, il clima sereno per effettuare questo processo, nemmeno il giudizio di appello e questo è stato il clima in cui si è svolto il processo e sinceramente il processo ne ha risentito….
D’altra parte guardi io proprio oggi ho fra le mani il provvedimento di autorizzazione del tribunale alla sua pre
senza qui (ndr, riferito alla sottoscritta) e da questo provvedimento apprendo una circostanza incredibile e cioè che la procura aveva chiesto parere contrario alla sua intervista perché l’aveva fatta lei La richiesta. Cioè non era contraria a che io rilasciasse un’intervista. Era contraria nella circostanza che io rilasciasse un’intervista a lei, perché lei aveva fatto degli articoli in precedenza che non erano stati graditi alla procura di Lecce. Cioè sostanzialmente leggo qui: Si prende “atto del parere contrario espresso dal P.M. ed evidenziato come esso si fondi su un asserito “travisamento delle emergenze processuali” Che sarebbe stato operato dalla suindicata Giornalista in occasione di pregressi articoli inerenti al processo celebratosi nei confronti del predetto imputato…”. Sicché la procura di Lecce si fa da censore, si arrogare questo diritto…”

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
